Privacy Policy

Qubee Quilts is a personal quilting blog run by Charlie Scott.

What we collect. Contact form messages: your name, email address, topic, and message, kept so Charlie can reply. Comments: what you put in the form, plus your IP address and browser information, to catch spam. Visits: basic information like IP address, browser, time, and pages visited, used for security and simple visit counts. Cookies: small files your browser stores for the site; you can refuse them in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as well.

This is a blog, not a shop. There are no user accounts and no orders, so no payment or account data is collected. A newsletter is coming by the end of the year; no mailing-list data is collected until signup launches, and this policy will be updated first when it does.

How we use it. Only to run the blog: to answer messages, to keep the site secure, and to see which posts readers enjoy. We never sell your personal information. The service providers that help run the site — hosting, email delivery, security, statistics, and backups — see only what they need to do their job, and nothing more.

Your rights. You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, through the contact form on the Contact page. No email address is published on this site, by design.

Changes. This policy may change when the site changes. Updates will be posted here.
