The original is Blue Willow and Chestnut — beautiful, just not my palette. Here’s the quilt as Andover designed it:
So I did what I always do when a pattern catches my eye: pulled fabric and dressed the whole quilt in it. Three palettes, three genuinely different directions. Not just copying Andover’s homework with another basic color swap of the same exact idea, because what’s the point of that?
Here are the three palettes — the quilt itself, you’ll have to imagine. Close your eyes and picture her in these.
1 — Ruby Star Pop
The cool one. Playful Ruby Star Society notion prints doing the heavy lifting, daisy dots, turquoise Grunge for texture. If you like your quilts with a wink, this is her.

2 — Pink Lemonade
The pivot. Somebody dumped the blue quilt in a glass of pink lemonade and honestly? She came out sparkling. Warm pinks head to toe — proof a “blue quilt” pattern doesn’t have to stay blue.

The other pivot. Reds, ambers, ember tones — she walked in wearing fall. Farthest from the pattern as designed, and maybe the most interesting for it.
